Traffic Jam ✩

You hit the open road and nothing is in front of you when all of a sudden, a semi pulls out in front of you and you have to slow way down! Man, isn't that the truth! It's like you're trying to get where you need to go and then a dumb semi just happens to pull right out in front making it impossible to get there. Every time you try and pass, there's always a car on the other side. I know what I'd be doing instead of trying to stay calm. Finally, you get around only to get behind another slow car and it's like you're just trying to get where you need to go! Why do people have to drive so slow!!

Isn't that true with our walk though? We are going full speed ahead only to hit a stumbling block that we can't seem to get around. We start to get frustrated and then just get comfortable staying where we're at instead of trying to go around. Here's the thing, when we keep focusing on the car in front and get comfortable with staying behind them, we miss out on the opportunities of an "open road." Don't be afraid to go around be afraid not to! God has already prepared your next destination so just enjoy the scenery on the ride! There's so much to learn and see what's your hurry? God's timing is always perfect! Don't rush his timing! He has you in this season for a reason!

You are so loved, you are so amazing, and you have so many people who support and care about you! Don't get caught up in the traffic jam. Maybe it's a way of helping you slow down and really appreciate the small things. Maybe it's a way of letting you know that you need to do something different and need to get around whatever is holding you back from the true love of Christ! There's so many ways to interpret things! It's all about your perspective! <3
