College Life/ Life Update

Hello friends! I hope all is well! I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to write anything. I missed you and wanted to let you know that you are loved and thought of every single day by friends, family, and of course me! You are so valuable and such a joy to so many people! Don't let the weight of the world grab hold of you, keep being the light you are!

Over the course of the months I have been adapting to living on my own again and managing school, tennis, friends, clubs, you know all the college things! It's so much fun but sometimes can be overwhelming. I have seen so many blessings and so many falls. My anxiety has flown out the roof with school and tennis. It's been very hard and have been suffering injuries, illness, etc. I've felt God leave me because I left Him thinking I could handle it on my own. Well, I couldn't. It got to the point where I had to surrender and give God complete control. The amount of relief I felt was unexplainable. God really works wonders. I've fallen off with God a lot actually and I just felt in my heart the need to change and to work on my relationship with Him. I've been at work with every other relationship but the most important one, my Father's. One day I was sitting in church and everything the preacher was talking about, I felt God talk to me. I felt God's presence. I felt His love for the first time in a while. I remember being in my car and just cry because I felt so much love from the Father. Here's the fun part:

Just as I'm realizing these things and getting back with God, Satan can't have that. He knows how valuable you are and wants to devour you. He wants to dim your light until it is burnt out. It's been tough but with the amount of people and with the God I serve, nothing is impossible. I have so much strength and so much encouragement that I can keep going and persevering. James 1:2 says, "Consider it pure joy my brothers when you face trials of many kinds..." Why? Because it makes you stronger in your faith. It makes you grow and to become more knowledgeable to help people going through the same thing. I seriously have such an amazing support group and if you need someone I am here for you. I am always in your corner and if you can't reach me, reach out to God. He waits for you with open arms.

The amount of joy I've encountered has been amazing! Growing in my relationship with JP, growing in my friendships with so many people, building and making new friendships, getting involved with so much, getting good grades in school, experiencing the love of God, and so much more. Just being a part of an amazing student body and reconnecting with God has been amazing. I feel the fire God started and it's up to me to keep the fire going. I am currently on fire for the Lord and only want to seek His will and His glory. I want to make an impact on people and give them hope. God can change your outcomes! Just have faith! Believe God can and He will!

I want you to know that you are loved, there will be times when you feel you can't go on and it's too hard but God will make a way! God will establish the path He has for you and plant your feet. He wants to have a relationship with you so run home. Run to him with open arms because His arms are spread wide for you! You are loved, you are strong, you are courageous, you are beautiful! Never give up! You are worth so much! God breathed life into you! You were meant to be here! You have a purpose! Keep your head up even through challenges because they make you stronger! You got this I believe in you! I love you! Praying for you always! <3
